1. Project Cancellation

By Client:

• Clients may request project cancellation by submitting a written notice via email.
• If the project is canceled before work has begun, a full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or processing fees.
• If cancellation occurs after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of work completed.

By Webit Myntra:

• We reserve the right to cancel any project due to unforeseen issues, non-cooperation, or non-payment.
• In such cases, a refund will be issued for unutilized project phases.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions:

• The client cancels the project within the eligible timeframe.
• The services delivered are not as described and cannot be resolved after reasonable revisions.
• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of service delivery.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are non-refundable:

• SEO and PPC campaigns after launch
• Domain registration or hosting fees
• Third-party tools, plug-ins, or subscriptions purchased for the project
• Custom design or code work already delivered
• App Store submission fees or third-party developer charges

4. Payment Disputes

If you believe there has been an error with billing or payment, please contact us within 7 business days of the charge so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

5. Change Requests

After the project begins, changes in scope, features, or deliverables may affect cost and timeline. Additional work or requests outside the original agreement will be billed separately and are not subject to the refund policy.
