2. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information required for project execution and respond promptly to communication and feedback requests. Delays in client input may impact project timelines.

3. Payments & Billing

All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed pricing plan or contract. We reserve the right to halt work on any project if payments are overdue. Any third-party costs (e.g., hosting, ads) will be billed separately.

4. Revisions and Modifications

Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of each project unless otherwise specified. Significant changes beyond the original scope may incur additional charges and extended timelines.

5. Ownership and Rights

Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of their website or app’s front-end design and content. Webit Myntra retains rights to any proprietary tools, code, or modules developed internally unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business or technical information exchanged during the course of the project.

7. Limitation of Liability

Webit Myntra shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. SEO and PPC Disclaimer

While we employ industry-standard strategies for SEO and PPC, results may vary due to market conditions and search engine algorithm updates. We do not guarantee top search rankings or specific conversion rates.

9. App Store Submission

We assist with Apple App Store submission and compliance, but final approval is at Apple’s discretion. We are not responsible for delays or rejections due to Apple’s policies.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for all completed work and incurred costs up to the date of cancellation.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or courts within the same jurisdiction.
